The most common helicopter flying missions was the Army UH-1 better known as the Huey.

  The Huey's that supported the troops on the ground directly and daily was nicknamed the "Slick". If you flew one you were a "Slick Pilot"

  This is a collection of 53 short stories that chronicle the tour of one "Slick Pilot" in 1968 and 69.
